Our cozy accommodation is a peaceful forest-clad dwelling set amidst thousands of acres of pine forest just a few hundred yards from the New Hampshire border, with a private ground-floor entrance leading into a vestibule housing a galley-style kitchenette (dining table, chairs, mobile kitchen console cabinet with countertop cooktop, 2 mini-fridges, microwave oven, air fryer & blender), leading to an adjacent shower-bathroom just down the hallway.

SMOKE-FREE - Please note: We do our best to insure that this remains a smoke - and smoker - free,as well as recreational substance-free, invasive-noise-free environment.

The studio served as a healing refuge for me after a very difficult year, and Joseph was a very gracious, kind, and compassionate host. I highly recommend this space for short-term rental, even if you're not in need of the same respite I was, as it is far enough outside of civilization to enjoy the energy of a hilltop retreat, but close enough to not be isolating. The opportunity to go on daily hikes and engage in mindfulness while still being within close proximity to shopping and restaurants is something to be cherished. I also highly recommend taking an opportunity to consult with Joseph, as his expertise in healing is a hidden gem in the Pioneer Valley.

Monthly rental - $1500
Weekly rental - $375
Reservation/Rental of the Haven is secured by the transfer of 1st and last month's rental (@ $1500/month) plus 1 month's security($1500) - or a total of $4500, via Venmo, direct Bank Wire Transfer or direct cash transaction)

PLEASE NOTE--IMPORTANT TERMS OF SERVICE

1) Refund rate-schedule (for any reasons): Within 7 days of booking - 75%; within 14 days - 50%; within 21 days - 25%.

2) Scurity deposits are expressly held for the potential protection of the host facility in the event of failure of a guest for any reason to fulfill the time-frame reserved at his or her request, which requires that the host turn away all subsequent inquires and forsake all other potential income in the interim.

3) As most bookings are made an average of 1-2 months prior to the actual arrival date, it is virtually impossible for a host to make up his or her lost potential clientele on-the -spot. However, if subsequent guests do choose to rent the accommodation during the same time period as the original guest, reimbursem*nt will then be made possible.

The accommodation consists of 3 main spaces, an entry & kitchenette vestibule 4' by 30', a living/sleeping studio area of 24' by 22', and a bathroom roughly 5' by 6', with a ground floor entrance and exposures on the westward and southward sides,

3. Additionally, there is an attached screened-in patio roughly 20' by 14', suitable for dining, hammock loafing and reclining.

4. In-season use of an attached screened-in patio, as well as surrounding acreage with chairs, benches, trampolines etc.

7. Garbage Once bagged & tied, garbage & recycling can be placed in one or more of 4 receptacles at the end of driveway for disposal on a weekly basis.
