@Shaydieblue I think it has been buried. I couldn't read the whole article again to get names bc of a paywall. If I recall correctly it just listed the Plaintiff's attorney. I can't search for a case with out more than that bc Entergy has more than one piece of litigation against them.

@leviathanww @braxton_mccoy Like I see it where I’m from with @Entergy . Every time we have a hurricane, Entergy fails to upgrade their infrastructure and then gets the Public Service Commission to approve fees and rate increases to make the repairs Entergy avoided while paying dividends to shareholders.

@Outy5000 @AymannJames I know something needs to be done about Spectrum Cable! We have just basic cable and we are paying close to $400 a month! Our Entergy bill is also sky high…and we were told that it’s high because the governor of Texas is having us pay for the grid that broke down last winter!.

@CmGiarrusso @EntergyNOLA The public explanation is that foil confetti shouldn't be fired at power lines. @CmGiarrusso surely realizes this. The snark being directed at Entergy is undeserved; they deliver power on-demand under very difficult circ*mstances here. Raise issues, sure, but the snark?

@GregHilburn1 @davantelewis In all seriousness Commissioner, how is entergy responsible for the transformer being shot? I get that you hate them and that’s between you and them, but this would likely have been the same result with any utility anywhere.

@davantelewis @POTUS Entergy is now going to be fined for too many outages. While this is great and will add to the cities coffers, those specific customers inconvenienced receive no compansentation. Other states Public Service Bureaus address QOS issues, lower ratepayers electricity rates instead.
