Du bewegst Dich bei regelmäßiger Praxis mehr und mehr auf Dein ganzheitliches und natürlich harmonisches Konzept zu. Entgiftung auf hohem Niveau, Veränderung Deiner Körperstruktur, Freude, Geduld, Willenskraft, Konzentration, Nachgiebigkeit, Experimentierbereitschaft, Kreativität und das Erkennen und der Umgang mit Komfort und Entwicklungszonen bieten Dir ein breites Spektrum an Möglichkeiten.Mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten (Silent, Flow, Basic, Intensive, oder Traditionell) stellen wir uns auf Deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse ein. In den Basic Klassen gewährleisten wir Dir die gleiche Struktur in der Abfolge für leichtes Einfinden. Eine Form der Asana Praxis, die Dich fordert und fördert, um Dich Dir näher zu bringen. Hot Yoga Kurse beinhalten eine 10 min. Ruhephase nach Kursende (Savasana).
