As a Senior Process Consultant at Level20, you'll focus on Progressive Life, a term life insurance provider whose vision is to make the process of purchasing life insurance easy and accessible to all Americans who have a need for it. As part of the Progressive Life team, you'll play a pivotal role in process creation and improvement. You'll lead all aspects of knowledge management, overseeing the documentation of essential information to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal policies. You'll also lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects while working closely with Level20 peers, vendors, and Progressive partners as appropriate.

Location: this is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH. Work from home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 10 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in knowledge management systems such as SharePoint and Confluence, proficient in creating and managing documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experienced in Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in process development and documentation; proven experience in project management, involving requirements development, collaboration with technical teams, and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement enhancements; capable of adapting to various tasks beyond their scope, such as auditing agent phone calls, chats, and emails to identify improvement opportunities and providing phone coverage as needed

Compensation

  • $105,000 - $120,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
